Cisco 2800 Series Installation Standards

Greetings Gang ~ I have an open issue with our installations of Cisco 2851 series routers being installed a 19" rack system. The issues I'm having are the electrical panels for these new locations are slotted to be installed in the same 5'x 8' room. There will be less than 3' clearance from the electrical panel in this room.

Is there a Cisco document out there with EMI standards/requirements stating the required distance to electrical panel when installing this equipment?
