Cisco 2600 VPN

Hi, I just got a fractional T1 for my work place and I have a 2600 series router working fine. I have another office in the same city but different location. How can I setup a client-site VPN so I can access network resources. Also can I connect unmanaged switches on the 2600 fastethernet ports???
