My 2600 router to the internet refuses to pass traffic through itself. I can ping from the router to the ISP, and from the router to the firewall. Devices between the router and firewall (incl the firewall) can ping teh router eth interface, but not the serial interface. Traceroute from the ethernet side terminates at the router. Router type is static, and ip routing has been enabled.I have a static route to 0.0.0.0/0 via serial0/0, and a route to my 10.0.0.0/8 via the firewall interface. Any ideas?

Did you specify S0 as the next hop for the 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 route statement or did you put in the IP of the next hop? I have found that using the IP is more reliable then just dumping packets out of the serial port and hoping for the best.
