Cisco 2600 Boot problems

Every time i reboot the a 2600 router it is coming up with the following errors. Is there a way of solving this problem. This making the router take for ages to boot.

8192K bytes of processor board System flash (Read/Write)

%Error opening tftp://255.255.255.255/middlewa.cfg (Timed out)

To clear these commands from being attempted at startup, add this configuration command to the global config.

no service config.
