Cisco 2505 Serial to RJ45 help needed

I am a technician, just not a network tech yet, and I need to make a connector for a connection going from the DB-9 serial port of my server to the RJ45 console port of my Cisco 2505 router.

I have tried to research the answer on Cisco's site and did a search on google but I am getting conflicting configurations and pinouts.

I have the Cat-5 straight thru cable and a DB-9 connector. I know the pinout on the cat-5 cable, I just need to find out what wires go where on the DB-9.
