Cisco 2501 NAT cable modem) nightmare

I've posted this question before and have gotten feedback, but none of them has worked so far. My problem is I have two 2501 routers I would like to connect to my cable modem. I am running ver 12.0(9)IOS. I have tried various configurations from the cisco site and also from the packetattack website. If anyone has a working config or the know how please let me know.
