Cisco 1912 and 1924 problem

Hello,
I have a few 1924 Cat switches and also a few 1912 cat switches. I am trying to upgrade the IOS on all these Switches with Cisco Works.
I have no problem with 1924's but I can not load image in to the 1912's.
any Idea?
