Cisco 1841 Frozen or Crashed

I have a Cisco 1841 router that seems to have crashed. The CF and AIM light are both blinking. The network ports and wic card have no lights.

I can no use the console cable and hyperterminal to get to the device.

It seems totally frozen or crashed or dead.

Has anyone seen this happen before? Any idea how to recover the device?

Both of the front power lights are also flashing.

If you can't even console into it, assuming you've done that properly and have tried rebooting after the lockup, it sounds like that router may be dead. Has there been any recent change, or did it just suddenly stop working?

I had that happen to me, after changing the Powersupply i got it working again. maybe you can try that too. You can find some on eBay for $20.00 brand new
