Cisco 1841 Freezes on boot.

Hi, I have a Cisco router that freezes after the Ios is loaded.

Right after this output from the device;

The SYS light goes from flashing to solid however nothing else happens.

My confreg is at 0x2102, have also tried to avoid the config file and have tried 0x2142.

I have tried two different images and also two different media cards, see info below.

rommon 3 > dir flash:
program load complete, entry point: 0x8000f000, size: 0xcb80
Directory of flash:

rommon 5 > dir bootflash:
device does not contain a valid FS
dir: cannot open device "bootflash:"

I guess the issue is above, has any one come accross this before, if so how do I resolve this.
