easy way to reset the password? hehe.. is it a production device or lab equipment? because you have to take reboot it and follow a procedure that is quite easy if you have done it a few times... google password recovery cisco router
as for the gui, you can put SDM on it if you have a CCO account with cisco, not sure if they give SDM out for free or not...
