I am looking to hook up my cisco 1751 router to my cable modem for use as a gateway router. I am unsure if I am looking to buy the correct card the card I found is a Cisco single port ethernet WAN interface card part no WIC-1ENET can anyone verify if this is the correct card to buy?

THanks,
aaron

I have a 2513 router and I connect the ethernet port on it to the cable modem directly and have enabled to pick up Ip address from DHCP. The other interface goes into a switch where I have multiple machines connected.

Dunno whether you are looking for this!

Cheers,
Rajesh
