I have a Cisco 1720 with IOS 12.0(3) and have installed wic-1enet. THe router does not recognize card and I need to have at least 12.2 or higher. Where can I get the image and upload to the router. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If the router is still under warranty with Cisco, you can can tech support and they will give you a link to their FTP site.

Hi

Try IOSHUNTER. it finds nearly any version of IOS for any router, otherwise go and ask the supplier of the wic for an update to use the card.
