Cisco 1720 IOS 12.1 NAT

I need to setup NAT on a Cisco 1720 router. I have a public ip on the outside and a 192.68.x.x on the inside. What is the best way to do it? I also need to pass POP, SMTP and HTTP to a server on the inside.

The image needs to be 12.0(3)T or later to run NAT.
