Anyone have any example configs of using a Cisco 1710 VPN at a branch office to build a IPSEC tunnel to a Contivity 2600? I already have several 2600 to 1100 branch office tunnels but I have a need for a simple tunnel and have some old Cisco 1710s in the office I'd like to use.

The 1710 would be at a worker's home using a dynamic IP address to the fixed address of the Contivity using pre-shared keys.

Have you considered the Nortel VPN client??? 1 less box to break/worry about.

The only reason for this is to provide an IP phone at the home of one of our non-IT literate execs. I've got a couple of spare i2004 phones, and because of our corporate security policy, I don't really want to have my ITG line card advertised to the outside.

Otherwise, yes it would be easier with a PC, the Nortel VPN client and an i2050 license. But in this case all I have to do is send her a package with the 1710, the i2004, and a turnaround Ethernet cable.
