Cisco 1610 Router and PPP over Ethernet vcc1

I have a netopia 3346N-002 DSL router and a Cisco 1610 router.
I want to convert the netopia DSL router into a bridge but before I can do this I need to know whether the Cisco 1610 router would be able to do the Data Link Encapsulation that has been setup for the DSL. The Data Link Encapsulation is PPP over Ethernet vcc1.Can the Cisco perform this function supplying a password and username to the DSL service? If so how do I set this up? Has anyone done this before and if so how do you go about doing it?


Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
