cisco 1603 Consolecable

Hi! I lost the consolecable of my router :-((
I will rebuild it by myself so i need the conections
of the cable-at the one side there was an Com-Port
and on the other was an RJ-45. Wich pin too wich pin??

BAsically roll the pins over - eg pin 1 goes to pin 8, pin 2 to pin 7 etc.
