Cisco 1600 Frame Relay Router

I am trying to recover a password on a Cisco 1600 frame relay router and i cannot re-initilise
I cold boot the router
Hit Ctrl Break
type in o / r 0x2142

The router doesn't understand the command
This is my first experiece with a 1600 series router as im used to using the 2400 series


Any help would be greatly appriciated
