Cisco 16 port etherswitch module 1

Need some help i have a 2811 with a 16 port etherswitch pc`s work fine but when i plug in cisco 7961 phone on any port the port goes error disable. So i tryed disabling power on all ports but one and it does the same thing dont know if it requires pwer supply upgrade but you would think you could at least get 1 port/phone working any ideas??

it does require a pwer supply upgrade to get POE and if you do not have it not even one phone will power up.

What model of 16 port switch is it ? Unless it is a 16 port power version you can't power anything with it . You also need a pwer suppy upgrade.
