I am trying to get my Cisco 1310G Access Point to function as a DHCP server for my guest VLAN.
What I have done is configure the AP using the web interface. Then, added the following lines.
VLAN 1 is my default VLAN and VLAN 2 is the guest VLAN.
ip dhcp pool pool1
network 192.168.1.0
default router 192.168.1.254
dns-server 192.168.1.40
Then, within the radio interface for the VLAN, I added the following.
Dot11Radio0.2
ip address 192.168.1.254
I am able to connect to the AP wihtout any problems, but I am not pulling an address. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. And, if a complete configuration is needed, I would be happy to post it.
Thanks,
Jay
