Cisco 1242 downgrade to autonomous version

I have two of these units the autonomous one has been working great.

I had no choice but to pickup a lightweight version for the second one cause the supplier said they needed two weeks to bring the other version in, but i need it up and running by monday. So i need to downgrade this bad boy.

Which shows a fella who downgraded one.

However i need to get the ISO file, which i cant download from cisco and instructions for doing this tftp root folder iso update.

Any help would be greatly be appreciated!!!!
