Does anyone know how to setup WPA-PSK with AES encryption on a Cisco Aironet 1200 series wireless AP? I am not an expert so any detail would be appreciated.

Thanks for the info. I have ready this white paper many times and it does not make any sense to me. The paper does not mention anything about setting up WPA-PSK or AES.
Can someone help me with non cisco documentation because you have to know cisco to read them.
