Hello All

I am pertty new to the cisco 1130 but I was wondering if anyone knew how to download the image file from the web interface? if it cant be done any one have instructions to pull it from a telnet connection.......Thanks

You'll probably want to go to the Cisco site ( (this requires a userid and logon you can get by registering with Cisco) to find the image you're looking for. You can download that to a PC to transfer to the Access Point. You'll probably have the best luck if you use TFTP and directly connect the PC to the AP to actually upgrade the image on the AP. I've tried using the web interface to do upgrades and had no success.
You can also go to ( to see a copy of the release notes for one image...just find the image you want and pull up the release notes to see instructions for installation, etc.
Good luck!
