Cisco – Transfer to Voicemail

I’m having an issue transferring callers to voicemail. I can dial my voicemail pilot which is 5600 and it connects. I can transfer callers from within the phone system to voicemail. But if I set my phone to transfer to 5600 or when I’m on a call the new caller gets dropped. It is having trouble sending outside callers to unity connection. I have looked at all the settings and it seems to be configured correctly. Is there something in particular I have to configure to give outside callers the ability to reach Unity? Right now the system is configured using Skinny and it’s an integrated system.

It was our SIP trunk that didn't have access to the unity connection..
