Ciscco VPN3000 msg - Experiencing excessive packet decrypt failure

When I try to connect from Windows 2000 Professional SP2 to our new Cisco 3000 VPN concentrator configured to authenticate with Windows NT 4.0 RADIUS server I receive the following error in the Error Log:

nnn mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss.sss SEV=6 PPP/4 RPT=2 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx User [my-domain\my-username]
disconnected. Experiencing excessive packet decrypt failure

Can anyone help me !
