Hello guys, hopefully this is an easy one, I have a customer who wants a report detailing the average time their callers on are hold for, I'm not too good with the 6100 so am wondering is this possible & if so what report is best to use?

Run the following report:

Voice Agent and Agent Group Event by Period (hh:mm:ss)

This will detail the following hold information:Average
- hold time (hh:mm:ss)
- Total hold time (hh:mm:ss)
- Total hold count
