circular type tool in illustrator. please help x

hi, i have been using illustrator for a while, but stuck to super simple bits and bobs ... now need a little bit of help please x
i am using the type tool that lets you type font in a circle. i have typed font on an arc; the text reads left to right ... it arcs upwards.
now, i need to type in text, on a circle .... but so it reads left to right ... arcing downwards!
i hope this makes sense!
basically i want a circle with left to right reading font at the top ... and left to right reading font at the bottom x (both arcing the cicle ...)
please help, i have been fiddling for hours xx

...you need two circles, one to hold the top text, one to hold the bottom text...

...i have done a quick movie to show, you need to pull in the thin line guide to make the text sit on the inside of the circle...

...you need quicktime player to view the movie...

...once you have your text set up you will need to adjust the text using the character palette most likely to get it looking nice...

...some fonts however don't always work well when curving around circles, but depends on the look you are aiming for...
