Hi all,

I am trying to develop a questionnaire database which seems a bit troublesome.

A screen-shot of the relationships is attached/linked which may make things easier to see

A project has a number of sites.
A project has a number of questions
There are a number of projects.
Each question has an answer for each site.

An easier to explain example could be an office regularly asks their employees to complete a questionnaire.

Each 'project' is one questionnaire.
Each 'site' is a member of staff.
Each 'question' is asked to a member of staff who provides an 'answer'.

One project/questionnaire has many sites/employees
One project/questionnaire has many questions

One site/employees has many answers (to the questions)
One question has many answers (from each site/employee)

Where am I going wrong? - Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to apologise. Using the search didn't bring up much to help, but third in the most recent list, I have found this thread700-1582551 which may help me. If I need more help, I will come calling.

Thanks and sorry if you have already read it.

Thanks PHV, I found 'At Your Survey' from the thread I posted earlier.
