when running speed tests on Ookla speed test server we are seeing odd behaviour. “When our upstream profiles was configured with 40Mbps of EIR we were reaching roughly 33-34 Mbps throughput. When our upstream profiles was configured with 40Mbps of CIR we were reaching roughly 36-37 Mbps throughput. How can the EIR vs CIR affect the speed of the upload on a PON that is not congested?
