Cintech Tele-Series for a BCM

Has anyone installed cintech tele-series on a bcm b4?
I have a cus that is purchasing this and cintech wants alot to install this on the bcm. Since I'm their vendor(lucky me) they asked if I can do it on a T&M basis. B4 I answer them. What all does it involve and any info(or where to get info) on this product would be great.

No I haven't but if your customer purchased this they should get all the documentation & support from Cintech. They only have an overview & pc requirements docs on their website.

Go for it!!!! It usually is only a little more hair loss, but another notch in your belt & your getting paid for it.

I have dealt with them in the past for ACD applications & they we always receptive & helpful.
