cinphany Acd will not print reports. It is unable to find data base.Can this be fixed without re-loading software and re-keying all info?

well to start what version of acd and release,what release of nam,what release of ksu and last did you process the data before you ran the report...no process no data stored no reports

I am having a similar problem. I can't get the reports to print to my printer, but I can save to file or print to the screen. It takes for ever to compile (maybe the 100 megahertz processor that the NAM is running on is the problem).

there are some reports that take forever so youn must be patient...call processing is taking priority over the copmile of report data...did you verify the driver for your printer?did you try printing from the os2 to see if its a nam issue?
