I have a NAM V3G running Cinphony II. The system started crashing and would come up in ACD Control window. I would activate and get to the main screen but when I look at the system status, the voice channels were showing as unused (orange / brown). When I disabled and enabled the first channel in access2 the channels would come up but ultimately system will go back down. I can get the system to "crash" (stop call processing) when I log in then logout as agent.
System is on a MICS 6.0.
I installed a second NAM with Cinphony and it ran for a month or 2 but ultimately does the same thing as the first.
