cinfo.mdb group security

hi all,

i'm upgrading a seagate 7 installation to xi. The v7 install has numerous groups, for which folder security is setup within Info Desktop.

Try as i might, i can't find the link within Cinfo.mdb to get from the folder objects within ci_infoobjects to the groups in ci_grpinfo, via the security tables

Does anyone know if this is accessible within cinfo.mdb, or any other way of extracting the infomation.

Are you upgrading to XI or to XI R2? If you use the initial version of XI, the Import Wizard will read Seagate Info and that might be a way to handle this. R2 will not connect to SI.
