CIM 7sp2 and APC UPS Network Monitor cards (9617)

Been trying unsuccessfully to add these devices (prefer discovery method) to the latest Insight Manager. This is a fresh install of IM7 sp2. I found a document that requested that I modify the "additionalWsDisc.props" file but that didn't help me.
