Hi,
There is a 6000 lines MD110 BC8 version with NUTRI. DID number is 8829xxxx and extension number range is 41xxx to 46xxx.It has 3 SIU cards including SIU1,SIU2 and SIU3.
The question is SIU3 is not output any information. SIU1 and SIU2 is ok. The difference between SIU3 and SIU1,SIU2 is ORIG parameter, ORIG=88291 for SIU3 and ORIG=ALL for SIU1 and SIU2, because SIU3 is only used for 41xxx.
Who like tell me why?
 
In my opinion, the ORIG should be 41000-41999. Or are you recording incoming calls from 88291?

The number 8829xxxx is recorded in call logging when ORIG=ALL for SIU1 and SIU2.When ORIG=41000&&41999 no number is outputed and ORIG=ALL 8829xxxx is outputed for SIU3. After NUTRI all number including internal are all 8829xxxx .You know 41XXX is a separated department.
All call logging infomations are valid for outgoing call.
 
Numbers from external route is logged because orig=all .
Orig all in this case involves all routes .
Numbers (a-numbers) e.g orig=8829xxx only work if they are
directory numbers .
If you want to log a-numbers on incoming routes:
All calls from the incoming external routes 001-003 are to be recorded.
ORIG = T001&&T003

Btw BC8 orig for incoming trunks is:
ORIG=ROU-LIM-TRU (e.g 010101~rou 1,lim 1,tru 1 )
So you will want to have it like for rou=1
ORIG=010101&&010131 ( Rou=1 tru=1-1&&1-31 )
or
ORIG=010101&&019999 ( Rou=1 tru=1-1&&99-99 route 1 all lims )

Thank you for your reply. I am sorry to tell you that when only 41xxx extention dials external line access 0, call logging informations are created by SIU3.
Don't foget I use NUTRI.
 
Do i understand you correctly that the numbers you are refering to is internal directory numbers witch is prefixed
in NUTRI with a-number in front .

Or does they dial in over tieline ,closed numbering plan .

Another thing is that you can't get the same numbers
output(ed) on two siu's at the same time(simultaniously).
If orig is equal on two siu's one is standby and the other is active.

I think if you want 41xxx (and they are internal numbers) output on siu3 that series has to be excluded from siu1,2 witch means siu1,2 can't have orig=all.

Don't shoot me if im wrong ,but thats my immediate thought.

OK ,this was not the issue. Pls copy ypur NUTRP here, just that we can understand your meaning. Also CLINP would be preferred, if possible. And one more question: Do you want to log calls going OUT from 41xxx or something else?
What is your AS? ST, UK or....
 
Yea , well it's been a while since i have been fiddling with CIL .
Good idea to post the print so other can have a look and come with inputs.
EDFIP; will tell the status (ready/started , standby
and the priority for ouputs).

The standby is if more than one device is linked to one output file , then only one output will be active at the time .

I have never tried to build more files i think .
As seen in the doc , one active output pr. file ,the one with highest prio others are standby.
Two with prio A gives load sharing between them ,not paralell.

I remember we had hell a good time back to set this up
in a fairly logical setup when using more than one collect pc.

But your right a post of the data , will explain more.
