CIL OUT 1

Hallo, in my PABX MD110 BC10 the cil out is out of service,
the message from the system is: CIL, faulty connection to niu port.
I suspect that is the PC that receive data.
How I can emulate a software of data traffic receiving?
I can test this port?

Hello

You may connect a PC running a terminal program like Procomm, Hyper Terminal (standard Windows) or Tera Term (free ware).
Connect your PC to the SIU or NIU board, and the set the databits rate (and parity + number of stopbits) according to the setup of the serial port.
Send the command EDICPEV=ALL; to see the data setup, if you are using the SIU board.
If you are using the NIU board I think the command is IOIFP;, but I am not shure.
