CIL lost

Dear All,
we have one customer has the following problem,
always we get the following alarm "278 CIL DATA LOST FOR ONE OR MORE OUTPUT UNITS":
The system is 29 lims TSW SP5.

Action have taken:
The NIU2 have Replaced.
The Call Logging PC have replaced.
The billing system was reconfigured using TCP/IP connection

but stil we have the problem.

you are using different forms did you check them? but this is not send that alarm I thik your user's traffic is so high that log file can't send some data to your computer. try to crease cil data .
and try DMPSIZ=1 .
 
I can see from th e"NOIF", which is "Number of identical faults", that you get many fault codes of the type "278". The "NOIF" sStates how many times an identical error has occurred.
From your printouts, I can also see that your "DMPSIZ" both has the value of 1 and 3.
*
DMPSIZ = 1 sends information of the call immediately after the call has been ended. This gives very high traffic on your LAN all the times.
*
DMPSIZ = 3 sends information of the call when about X calls (i.e. a full 10 k buffer will be dumped per output occasion), when these X calls has been ended.

I would set DMPSIZ to 3 for all outputs.
Then check your LAN, and install common grounding between the MD110 and your SMDR server.
