Can any one please tell me what this means? cant figure out how my operator which 36781 did?what does NI mean?

Hi

For example the 2. row:

This means (in my opinion) that an incoming call from LIM2, ROU1 and TRU 2-3 to extension 136 is unanswered, and then answered by (diverted to) operator (36781). The end time of the call is 07-01 and the duration time is 8 units.

NI means: Incoming DID call when the answering party was not the dialled party

A status of NI means an incoming call not answered by the dialed number.The duration of the call is 0.8 minute i.e. 48 seconds.

Do a CLINP; , and read the FORM register. Then do a CLFOP:FORM=your_form; and post the results.
That's the way to be sure...
