How many trunks/lines are coming into the CICS? If only one, no.

norstars wont show a second call on a pots line...caller id for the system is based on business enviorment with a incomming hunt group not a home based system with call waiting/caller id
What should happen is that the business owner should have two lines, two phone numbers. Those should be in a rotary group set up by the provider.
When the first call comes in the Caller ID info will show (if subscribed to from telco and if you have CI cards installed) automatically in between the first and second rings.
Once you answer a call, new calls coming in on lines
configured with CLID to telephones with CLID allowed,
present the prompt: LineXXX Calling for two rings, and then
the CLID of the caller will display for three seconds (XXXXX).
