hi guys ,

I'm it has been a while !!
I'm trying to determine if my provider is sending caller ID.
The list trace command was used to no avail. Does it have a next method to determine if they are sending CID

Do you get CID on your voice terminal display when you answer an incoming call?

No we are not getting CID on the devices, but our operator is seeing the CID from the incoming calls

when you say Operator, you mean you have a person at the front desk that answers calls before forwarding them on? if so, seems odd that this info would not get passed along since the call has already been delivered. maybe there is a restriction somewhere or something's wrong. as Mr. Tier3 mentioned, you should see the info via your phone display or via a list trace.

your trace says NO-CPNumber and NO-CPName. I don't think you have a PRI, so not sure how you're supposed to get caller ID. you would've have seen the info on the first 3 lines. call your operator and run the same trace.

Can you also do a "list tra tac" and show the results of an incoming call on that?

If you display the trunk group, is it configured as a isdn-pri?

Yes it is @randy it is a ISDN-PRI however as stated before calls are converted from SIP TO T1 via a telemetrix.
Any advice as to why the numbers are not showing on the system

can you post
display trunk-group 103 as well as the signaling-group and the ds1 board programming?
