CID on a CICS 7.0

I can't get the CID to work on any of the line expect line 001. I have turn it on in every one of the four lines. I have read the install guide from cover to cover. Anyone have an idea?
 
Just to verify card and programming move line 1 down to 2 and see what happens.
 
Have you got your sets set to "caller ID:Y" under telco features for all the lines on ringing sets?
 
Do you have caller ID enabled on the other lines? Common problem is that companies activate caller ID for the main number only, but not for the rest of the lines in the hunt group.
 
I will have to call the phone company. Stay tuned.....
