CID on a call forward

I have an Opt. 81C, when I call forward my phone to my cell calls come in to my cell with no caller ID info. But if I call my cell directly from my PBX it comes up with the caller ID? Can anyone tell me if there is something I need to set up or change to get this to display. Thanks

the reason it is not working is that the 81C is not functioning as a tandem switch in a call forward.

in a tandem switch the call comes in on a trunk and routed out on another trunk. no processing is done on the switch.
