I have an ldk20 out in the wilds that has CallerID currently working on an analogue trunk (call comes in end user can see the number displayed) Apart from inputting the numbers and names into the system speed dials what other programming steps are required for the name to be tagged to the number on incoming? I think I know but as it isn't a customer we can just pop in I would like to be prepared for the correct procedure....many thanks again guys.
