CID CO TRUNK problem TDE series

Dear all,

I have trouble CID PSTN Trunk
if mobile phone number(sample : 081232323456 ) call to my PSTN trunk cannot show the CID, but if call from lineland (sample :03123243245)to my PSTN trunk CID no problem(success)
problem CID always from mobile phone number.

Try to adjust the wait for caller id timer
I have not seen this problem before unless your clip is blocked on your mobile

it is posibble the telecom is the trouble in this case?
because only mobile can't show the CID
the telcom say all open for all CID

i test PSTN trunk directly to analog telephone support CID is shown mobile phone number (sample : 0821213132132) and all CID shown to analog telephone CID, but why if connect to PBX mobile phone number cannot shown
