Cicso 9951 Gpickup or Pickup in CUCME?

I have tried firstly with softkeys but found out that it will not work this way because they do not even show on the device.
Then i used feature buttons. When i press GPickup to pickup a phone i get busy tone.
Has anyone got it working? I am on CUCME 9.1 with 9951 SIP phones.

Since the 9951 is a sip phone you have to enable the soft keys in order to appear on the device. A little different than a sccp controlled phone.
I'm not sure why the feature button won't work for you, I would get the soft key working and try that as well.
Do you have the group pick up working within the system on a different model phone? Or is that also failing?
