HOW CAN I GET CALL ID TO SHOW UP ON MY DISPLAY TO SHOW ME I MISSED CALLS. I HAVE A CICS AND I HAVE SEEN IT WORK ON ANOTHER CICS. THE DISPLAY READS CALL/MSG. MINE ONLY SAYS MSG IF I HAVE A MSG THE CALL ID WILL NOT STAY THERE

You need to set up logging.

also do feature 806(static time). this will allow you to see calls and msg on you display
