Okay I have a European CICS CAbient that we changed over to work in the us - the cabient will work with 4.1 but will not work with 7.1 - on the 7.1 its says CICS-SIP 7.1 fc does this mean anything

You have to go to 6.1 first or the ksu just flashes, unless you short out the cap.

Try doing F**START within 15 minutes of power up, after you set parameters it then states "applying template" pull the power...insert 7.1 and power up.
