I have a CICS 4.1 with a Flash 4 mail. We have the CCR tree routing to individual departments via hunt groups 290 thru 292 . Thus when the customer presses one it goes to all of the phones in the sales department, when pressing 2 it goes to parts, etc. If no one answers the sales hunt group I am able to get the voicemail to transfer to the sales department mailbox 290 . The problem is how do I get mailbox 290 to show messages on a phone ? Right now they periodically check the mailbox for messages. When I changed MBOX 290 to appear on an extension I could never get the voicemail to rollover to the mailbox. Any suggestions
