have a cust, with norstar cics, 5 lines, 15 hand stations, cust states that the system will randomly place all lines or 2 or 3 lines on hold by itself, they have to manually release lines, what would be causing this issue? thx in advance.. fyi, refurbished ksu installed and still same issue.
