I have a remote location with a CICS, Ver 4.0 software. The unit has a 90 second recording capability that is segmented into recording A, B, & C. Somehow, recording B and C locked up and can not be changed.
I had a tech come out and he said that the recording(s) locking up is a known s/w bug for ver. 4.0 with no known way to unlock them. His advice was to upgrade to the latest version of s/w. Due to bugedtary reasons, at this point in time, this is not an option. Is there a known code to unlock recording B & C? Also, what series of actions would cause a recording to lock up?
