What is the current configuration now?
If it is 4X0 then you need a Keycode to bring it to 8X16, then you need a cartridge to bring it to 8X24.

Wonder if it would be cheaper to just upgrade to CICS 7.0 software and then get the CICS Combo Card (to take it to 24 extensions)?
Any level of software can accomodate 8x24 as long as it's not restricted software. If you already have 2 trunk cards then you just need to add the 0x8 TCM expansion card.
